Three steps, no paperwork first.

School registers, ward visits and word of mouth tell us who stopped coming.

We remove the reason
Fees, distance, safety, chores or a family that needs convincing — each one is handled.

We stay until she finishes
Enrolment is easy. Attendance a year later is the real measure.
