How receipts, certificates and any physical material from Udaan Foundation reach you.
No physical products
Udaan Foundation is a nonprofit organisation. Contributions made on this website are donations towards our charitable programmes and are not purchases of goods or services. Therefore, no physical product is shipped against a donation.
Digital delivery of receipts
A donation acknowledgement is sent to your email immediately after a successful transaction. The formal donation receipt and the 80G certificate, where applicable, are delivered to your registered email within 7 working days.
Physical materials, if any
If the Foundation ever sends physical materials, such as printed certificates, letters of appreciation or campaign material, they are dispatched by registered post or courier within 7 working days of confirmation. Delivery across India normally takes 5 to 10 working days, and tracking details are shared on your email.
Incorrect details
If you entered an incorrect email or postal address, inform us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your donation so we can correct it before dispatch.
